Comfortable and easygoing 2nd floor apartment, located in San Giovanni in Marignano, a little village listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy according to Borghitalia.

Ideal for a couple or a party of 4 people.

1 spacious bedroom with a very comfy regular double bed and balcony.
Living room with balcony. A futon and/or sofa bed (max 3 people).
Bathroom with shower has been recently renovated.
Wifi, Plasma tv, dvd and vhs players (!!!).
Small garden.
Parking space outside (having your own car is the best way to get here and tour around).
2 Bicycles at your disposal.
Regular bus public service.
Railway station at 3km (Cattolica)

Located in a very central yet quite part of town, the apartment is walking distance to the historical centre with shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities.

Fuera street bar (Rimini)

Conveniently located also with respect to the Riviera Golf Resort, Riviera Horses and the Misano World Circuit.

It is also within easy reach of nearby seaside towns of Cattolica, Riccione, Gabicce and Tavullia (Valentino Rossi home town). It could also be a smart accomodation alternative while attending events at Rimini Fiera, Palacongressi Rimini, Palariccione.

My place is really convenient if you want to spend some relaxing time in the countryside but you don't want to miss out the opportunity of enjoying great nightlife, food and fun of the Riviera Romagnola.

The flat is in a very quite neighbourhood, lived mainly by families with kids. The atmosphere is friendly and colourful.

Most of the things you'll find in the house have an emotional meaning to me. Feel free to use anything: books, sugar, spices ... Just put it back when you're done ;)
